What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and motivate your crew to deliver A+ service
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and buzzing with good vibes
• Handle customer payments, rewards accounts, and ensure a smooth checkout experience
• Answer customer inquiries—whether in person, by phone, or online—in a polite, professional, and helpful manner
• Train new hires, manage schedules, and support the team
• Jump into social media fun—help plan promos & post great content
• Track inventory, ensure safety standards, and help us grow by promoting new products, seasonal flavors, and expanded offerings in-store and online
