What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers with a friendly smile and helpful attitude
• Handle customer payments and rewards accounts
• Keep toppings stocked, machines clean, and the shop looking great
• Share the scoop on flavors, promotions, and fan favorites
• Help set the vibe—music, cleanliness, and happy customers
• Assist with in-store activities like samples, games, or events
• Help proactively with social media, offer ideas for fun content
